Ice Cream Cupcakes

These seem to be ice cream cones but they are really cupcakes. There are cupcakes inside, covered with icing. I made these cupcakes for a kids party. They were a hit and they loved them. "You scream, I scream for CUPCAKES!!!!

Puppy Cupcakes

I made these cupcakes for our friends who loves dogs and they have a new puppy. So I made them these cupcakes to celebrate their new member of their family.

Love for chocolate

This cake was requested to be all chocolate because the girl loves chocolate. So I made a few cute flowers out of fondant and gumpaste and i put them on the side making it look more chick.

Bouquet of Roses

This cake was made for a couple who was celebrating their anniversary. This one was made out of chocolate with vanilla butter cream icing. I made the roses and bow out of fondant and gum paste.

FSU Football

This past weekend I made this cake for an FSU Football (Florida State University) fan. This is the arrow the Seminoles carry in their helmets. I made this a carrot cake with raisins, pineapple, and walnuts. The filling is a caramel cream cheese filling and the icing is a nice creamy vanilla buttercream.

My latest project!

This cake I made for a friend and her husband for their special occasion. This was her gift to him and she choose snoopy because her husband loves charlie brown! The cake was a red velvet cake with vanilla icing. yummy. I personally sculpted snoopy, Woodstock and the dog house out of sugar (lots of work but fun at the same time). My friend told me the cake was a hit and they both loved it! She told me her husband is trying to find a way to spray something or do something to it so it last a long time. ;)

Mickey's Babyshower

This cake I made for my friend, Mickey for her baby shower. She was having a girl and the theme colors were pink and brown. I made a doll out of fondant and the doll portrays her sitting at the edge of the cake embracing her tummy and surrounded by gifts. Everything here I made with sugar. It was my first doll I made. It wasn't a big shower so I made a small cake out of chocolate for the parents and family to have and cupcakes with umbrellas (which I also made out of fondant) for the guest of the party. The cupcakes were made out of chocolate and vanilla. The doll definitely looks like my friend!
